Return Policy
All sales are final. AutoSeatSkins.com does not accept returns nor issue credit for any products sold on it's website. Katzkin Leather interiors, Lloyd Floor Mats, B&I Dash Kits and ACC Carpets are custom manufactured to the customers specifications and once processed, cannot be canceled, modified, refused on delivery or returned for any reason. It is the customers sole responsibility to order the correct pattern for their vehicle based on their vehicles specifications using the information provided on this website.
AutoSeatSkins.com sells Katzkin 'ready-to-install' upholstery materials only. The actual seats (including, foam buns, seat frames, springs, attachments, listing rods and miscellaneous hardware) are shown on this website for demonstration purposes only and are not included with your order.
AutoSeatSkins.com offers for sale a color swatch book of all available Katzkin colors. This enables you to visualize first hand the exact color for your Katzkin Leather Interior. The cost, including shipping and handling, is fully refundable at the time of your leather interior purchase when completed within 90 days.
Color selection and customization is a matter of personal choice and the customer takes full responsibility for their selections. AutoSeatSkins.com makes no representations in regard to the accuracy of the actual appearance of these colors, when viewed on a computer monitor. In addition, the names associated to each color is determined by the leather manufacturer and is not intended to represent a similar name or reference another manufacturer's name.
'Buy One Get One" Returns:
If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO), a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you as long as both of the qualifying items are returned. If you only return one of the two items, no refund or credit will be provided, only a replacement if it is determined to be defective.
Defective Items
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully inspect their order upon delivery. If a product is damaged in shipping, refuse the delivery or you must file a claim with your local UPS office within 48 hours of delivery. As soon as you file the claim, please inform us by email or phone. If you contact us within 24 hours of delivery, we can file the claim on your behalf. Do not ship the product back, it will be picked up by UPS. We will ship out a replacement as soon as we receive UPS claim confirmation.
Any other defects or issues must be reported to AutoSeatSkins.com within the first thirty days of receiving and prior to installing your order. After the installation of your products, any limited warranty extended to the consumer, is that which is represented by and at the discretion of the manufacturers, Katzkin Leather Interiors, Lloyd Mats, B&I Dash, ACC Carpet, and Wheelskins.
AutoSeatSkins.com does not make any additional representation nor is responsible for the policies set forth by these manufacturers. Should you require service for your product under the manufacturers limited warranty policy, contact us and we will gladly assist you with the process. AutoSeatSkins.com does not reimburse for labor costs, installation time or loss of use under any circumstances.
Items found to be damaged as a result of installer inexperience or error, abuse, excessive wear and tear, improper use, alteration, unauthorized repair, abrasions, scuffs, cuts, accidents, cleaning and conditioning chemicals are not considered defective and will incur a charge for replacement.
Installation/Labor
The purchaser completes this transaction with the expressed understanding that some of these products may require professional installation and do not include written installation instructions. AutoSeatSkins.com bears no responsibility in facilitating the installation of the product and/or for any individuals (professional or otherwise) mechanical ability and technical knowledge in order to correctly install the product.
